Non CDL Driver

As Non-CDL Driver at QXO is responsible for the safe,  timely , and  accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a to 4p

Weekly Pay

Non CDL Vehicle is Automatic but Manual experience is a plus!

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies

• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues

• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery

• Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery

• Maintain  accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork

• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel

• Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience

• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport

• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed

• Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE

• Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly
• Perform  additional duties as needed to support business operations

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• The ability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the first 30 days
• Experience operating a forklift
• Prior experience in direct customer interaction
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers
• Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and to handle various building products
