You will create flexible learning sequences across all readiness domains, guide a team of educators to implement them with both rigor and enthusiasm, and monitor quantifiable milestone achievement for each child in your cohort. This is a working leadership position. Approximately one-third of your time will be spent in the classroom — demonstrating facilitation techniques, observing instruction, and conducting calibration sessions. The remainder involves curriculum development, coaching educators toward concrete performance targets, and providing families with data-informed communication. The results will be visible: four-year-olds reaching developmental markers ahead of schedule, educators elevating their quality metrics weekly, and families becoming active supporters. What You Will Be Doing Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating strategies and recognizing quantifiable achievements Create and lead play-based learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for the team Evaluate and calibrate educator documentation on a weekly basis for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to ensure milestone tracking remains transparent Develop family communications and facilitate team meetings that synchronize objectives and uphold collective standards toward campus-wide PreK readiness targets What You Won’t Be Doing Adhering to inflexible lesson templates or procedural mandates — you will create responsive, play-driven themes informed by live data Delivering a static curriculum determined by others — you have ownership over quarterly and weekly instructional design Operating without structured feedback mechanisms — coaching dialogues and calibration reviews are embedded in your weekly routine Supervising K-12 learners on digital platforms — this position is entirely focused on early childhood, direct, classroom-based engagement Early Childhood Curriculum Coordinator Key Responsibilities Lead campus-wide PreK readiness results through educator development, programmatic consistency, and classrooms that are both joyful and evidence-based.
