Job Overview Lead Management: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media with lightning speed. Product Expertise: Learn our inventory inside and out—from daily drivers to performance builds. The "Walkaround": Conduct professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations that highlight key features and value. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Keep our database clean and updated so no lead ever goes cold. Closing Support: Work alongside our Senior Sales Leads to structure deals, handle paperwork, and finalize sales. What You Bring To The Table The Vibe: You are outgoing, persuasive, and possess a "never-quit" attitude. Communication: You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and make them feel comfortable. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRMs, Slack, and social media platforms. Reliability: You show up on time and ready to grind.
