What You'll Expect As a Dishwasher, you’ll keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You’ll maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with basic food prep when needed. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment Operate and maintain dishwashing machines Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and trash disposal areas clean Organize and store cleaned items properly Assist with food prep and unloading kitchen deliveries Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly Support kitchen staff during peak times and special events What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Teamwork and communication skills What We Require Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, noisy, and smoky environments Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Granite State Gaming & Hospitality
