CDL-A Trainee Driver - Dry Van - Paid Mentor Training

Central Florida drivers, this one's built for people just starting out: $650 a week while you train, a $1,000 weekly guarantee once you're solo, and home every two weeks .

What You're Signing Up For

• East Coast dry van freight
• Home terminal in Ocala
• About 2,500 miles a week once you're running

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
• $650 weekly
• $300 orientation pay and lodging during orientation

Solo Pay

• $1,000/week guaranteed for 3 months after solo dispatch
• $0.55 per mile starting, a cent more for each year of experience
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,400
• $15 stop pay and performance bonus

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120+ hours CDL school
• New CDL graduates welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• DD214 considered
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable work history
