As a valued member of our care team, you will work alongside providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and help patients achieve their best health outcomes.This position offers Up to $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified LPN Candidates!Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM-4:30 PMResponsible for assisting doctors and registered nurses to provide direct patient care in a clinical or physician practice setting. Compiles patient health information, takes vital signs, administers medication, draws blood and performs simple diagnostic tests. May direct the work of nursing assistants and aides.Experience:One (1) to two (2) years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in an ambulatory or outpatient environment.New graduates of an accredited Practical Nursing program are encouraged to apply.Education:Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program is requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience in a physicians practice, ambulatory, or outpatient setting is preferred.Certification/Licensure:Basic Life Support (BLS)Certification is requiredCurrent, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nursing License is requiredSuccessful completion of the NCLEX-PN examination is requiredSentara Medical Group consists of over 300 practices throughout Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. The base pay range for full-time employment is $26.10 - $38.70 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
