Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, individualized therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, and functional mobility to improve residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered, and clinically excellent rehab environment.
