We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to lead a team to provide quality services and supplies to members of the community who need assistance with enhancing their independence and quality of life. As a supplier of medical equipment and soft goods, Triton Supply primarily serves older adults who reside in their own homes or in assisted living facilities throughout Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. A Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring proper equipment assembly and sanitization is completed by the entire team.

Job Responsibilities - you knew they were coming!

• Receive, assemble and stock supplies

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries

• Ensure stock levels are appropriate and warehouse and delivery vehicles are organized and clean

• Maintain an organized work environment

• Sanitize equipment and store in designated locations

• Adhere to all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures

• Work with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems

• Complete delivery and pickup process promptly and accurately

• Accept on-call responsibilities on a predetermined, rotating basis during evenings and weekends

• Demonstrate timeliness, sincerity and patience when working with clients

• Accept other duties and activities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications - we know you have them!

• Must be at least 18 years old

• At least 1 year warehouse experience preferred

• Be able to operate a forklift (or be willing to learn)

• Ability to relate well to staff and other professionals

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to responsibly manage time

• Adjust to changing schedules with openness to flexibility

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Proof of current automobile insurance

• Criminal background check clearance/fingerprint clearance 

• Negative TB test 

• Current CPR Certification

Physical Requirements - to uplift others!

Requires considerable physical effort most of the day including lifting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, twisting, climbing, walking, exposure to temperature and humidity changes. Ability to lift/transfer items up to 50 pounds frequently. Must possess sight/hearing senses or use appropriate adaptive devices that will enable senses to function at a level required to meet essential duties of this position.

Working Environment - there will be snacks!

Majority of time will be in warehouse setting, with travel to/from customer residences as needed.
