Control Systems EngineerLocation: Miami, FL OR Chaska, MNDuration: FulltimeJob Description:Proficient in PLC programming (ladder logic & structured text), and experienced with AC/DC drives, servo motors, HMIs, machine vision, and safety systems.Project Leadership: Ability to work within an Engineering team and manage automation objectives including debugging, installation, equipment commissioning, and training aligned with project specs.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication, capable of articulating technical concepts for team review.Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates a proactive mindset for process optimization and problem-solving.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Hands-on experience with complex mechanical systems including CAD modeling.Experience with Rockwell Automation Control Logix family of programmable controllers, Cognex vision systems, industrial robotics.Digital integration leveraging PLC & SCADA systems including basic understanding of computer networking, TCP/IP, and industrial fieldbus architectures such as Ethernet I/P.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsResponsibilities:Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer factories and contracted suppliers to develop user requirements specifications (URS), automation concepts, and architectural-level designs for automated equipment.
