Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. Models proficiency through precepting and embraces evidence-based practices to ensure safety and quality at the point of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care to specialty units such as Med-Surg with moderate to high patient acuity. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices. Contribute to team efforts to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Support ongoing learning, including precepting new healthcare staff. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited or approved nursing program; Bachelor's preferred. Valid RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Current BLS certification through recognized providers.
