Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Valid LBS1 Teacher Certification and PEL (Professional Educator License)
• 1-5 years teaching experience
• Fluent in Spanish; strong content knowledge with multiple literacy concepts
• Belief that all students, regardless of income, can succeed
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
• Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and mastery of academic and behavioral interventions

Responsibilities:

• Implement curriculum and IEPs for an average caseload of 30 students
