Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Alabama
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience working within schools or pediatric populations highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success
• Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and ongoing professional development
