Why You'll Love Working Here Monthly commissions on top of competitive base pay Take-home company truck Paid training and career advancement opportunities Health insurance and comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and vacation 401(k) with company match Supportive, team-oriented work environment Steady year-round work Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties Install pipes, fixtures, water heaters, toilets, sinks, and related plumbing equipment Assemble fittings and valves; cut, thread, and modify piping as needed Perform leak detection, system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Inspect plumbing systems and replace worn or defective components Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete service reports, work orders, and related documentation accurately Qualifications Current Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber license preferred Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of clean driving history Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of performing demanding field work Leak detection experience is a plus Apply Today We're hiring immediately for the San Angelo area.
