• Familiar with "Program" work

What you can expect on a normal day:

• Run the daily meeting and assign duties to your team
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Travel to customers to scope jobs and confirm scope with the insured and adjustor
• Budget jobs to margin
• Ensure operations and procedures are conducted to high standards

You're gonna need this to carry out this job:

• Prior Mitigation experience
• Xactimate experience
• Drivers License and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
