What You’ll Do Develop and improve vision‑based systems that support operational performance and innovation. Partner across departments to understand needs, solve problems, and deliver practical solutions for the business. Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, then help implement changes that stick. Support a continuous improvement mindset by turning real production challenges into measurable upgrades. Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and help the organization move quickly on high‑impact opportunities. Who You Are You’re a builder. Preferred Experience & Attributes Experience developing vision‑based systems (as reflected in your background and project work).
