Calibration Support Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinating logistics with calibration technicians Data entry Answer/direct phone calls; take messages to assist managers Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers Utilize in‑house designed software to track client data and equipment Effectively manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment Provide outstanding customer service to clients Qualifications High School Diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs and software used by the company Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances) Full‑time employees are offered a comprehensive insurance and benefits package.
