About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU float pool setting, adapting to varying unit needs across the facility
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes

• Active RN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to float across ICU units as assigned

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with a variety of critical care patient populations

• Opportunity to gain diverse critical care experience across multiple ICU units in a dynamic hospital environment
• 13-week contract with a projected start date in fall 2026, offering a defined and structured travel assignment
