Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience for a 13-week night shift contract at a large hospital in Atlanta, GA.

Details

• Work in a Respiratory Care and Diagnostic Services unit at a large hospital in Atlanta, GA
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC required
• Valid state RT license required if applicable
• Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break from the facility before being considered
• Any requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• EMR experience should be documented within work history
