Coast Buick GMC Cadillac is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team. You’ll help customers explore our Buick, GMC, and Cadillac lineup, find the right vehicle, and feel confident throughout the buying process.

• Build relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.

• Ask questions and listen to understand each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget.

• Present vehicles, explain features and benefits, and conduct test drives.

• Work with sales management to guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in discussions, and the purchase process.

• Follow up consistently with new prospects and previous customers to generate appointments, repeat business, and referrals.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the dealership’s CRM.

• Deliver vehicles and help customers understand key features, technology, warranty coverage, and maintenance needs.

• Stay current on inventory, vehicle technology, and manufacturer training.

• Meet dealership expectations for sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and applicable retail automotive sales requirements.

• Strong communication and listening skills

• A customer-first attitude and professional approach

• Motivation to meet goals and take ownership of results

• Organization and consistent follow-through

• Willingness to learn our products, technology, and sales process

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening
