Restoration 1 of Oak Harbor is looking for a hardworking and reliable Residential Demolition Laborer to join our growing team in Oak Harbor, WA. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in helping homeowners recover and rebuild after damage — making a real difference in people's lives every day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior demolition tasks including removal of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and damaged structural materials
• Assist with water, fire, and mold remediation demolition projects in residential settings
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment
• Load and haul debris for proper disposal and maintain a clean, safe job site
• Follow project supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Assist crew members with general labor tasks as needed throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in demolition, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (mold, debris, confined spaces)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to learn and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, mold remediation) a plus
