Job Description:
Hire Dynamics is assisting a global supply chain leader in hiring a Logistics Assistant in Brentwood, TN. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, a consistent Day Shift schedule, and the chance to work with cross-functional teams while supporting customer accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment.

As a Logistics Assistant you will manage customer communications, coordinate shipments, and help resolve delivery issues while providing a high level of service.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn industry products and terminology
Ability to commute to Brentwood, TN

Responsibilities

Dispatch daily runs to ensure on-time deliveries
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers
Coordinate logistics with internal teams and clients
Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
Communicate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to track shipment status
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
Locate and expedite delayed, misrouted, missing, or damaged shipments
