What You’ll Do
As a Plumbing Maintenance Technician , you will conduct minor plumbing and drain calls, in addition to preventative maintenance jobs within residential plumbing systems, discuss findings and recommendations with the homeowners, and make the agreed-upon repairs and/or installations.
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1+ years residential plumbing experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical tasks associated with performing residential plumbing service and installations
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening and drug screening
- Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Average $25.00/hour
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
