Sales Representative Lighting

The Lighting Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales efforts across the state by assisting residential customers with outdoor lighting solutions. This role involves managing customer satisfaction, pricing, contracting, engineering, and back-office support to ensure successful LED light installations and ongoing service. Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential customers interested in LED light installations.
• Design installation plans including placement of lights, poles, wiring, and related facilities.
• Utilize the JETS program to estimate costs and order materials.
• Prepare lighting agreements using the LAMP system.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, materials, and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer requests related to outdoor lighting.
• Demonstrate company values including trust, superior performance, and total commitment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field highly preferred.
• Experience in customer service or power delivery preferred.
• Proven sales skills, account management, and ally development experience.
• Knowledge of outdoor lighting products, rates, and contracts.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

• Understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
