Float Physical Therapist

North Carolina Baptist Hospital

As a Float Physical Therapist, you provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment to patients across multiple departments or locations, adapting to varied clinical needs. You interpret referrals, perform musculoskeletal and neuromuscular assessments, develop and adjust care plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and caregivers. You document thoroughly, meet regulatory and productivity standards, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support operational and quality improvement initiatives.
