The Colleague Technology Engineering - Emessaging Lead Engineer is responsible for the ongoing management and development of our email infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Working with multiple hardware and software platforms at an intermediate level.
• Working with business units to understand and meet information needs.
• Working with technology organizations and other business partners to anticipate challenges to information flows and develop solutions that ensure reliability.
• Providing system availability and space to meet the hardware and software requirements for the Customer Support function.
• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and reporting tools for service centers and enterprise partners.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• 10 plus years of hands-on experience working with multiple hardware and software platforms at an intermediate level.
• 10 plus years of hands-on experience working with business units to understand and meet information needs.
• 10 plus years of hands-on experience working with technology organizations and other business partners to anticipate challenges to information flows and develop solutions that ensure reliability.
• 10 plus years of hands-on experience providing system availability and space to meet the hardware and software requirements for the Customer Support function.
• 10 plus years of hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and reporting tools for service centers and enterprise partners.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
• Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $120K - $165K depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
