Position: 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Rate: $20-22.00/hour

Schedule/Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri (12:00p-8:00p)

Terms: Contract-To-Hire

Job ID Number: 0881

Brief Job Description: The Shipping and Receiving Worker is responsible for operating the forklift to relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This position is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift. Operate forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner to transport, stack, and load/unload goods in the shipping and receiving department. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor immediately. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, and follow the SQF Level 3 system along with the company's policies and procedures for such materials. Pull and prepare the product for shipping, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Move product to storage locations, then efficiently stack and store product in appropriate areas. Wraps order on a pallet for shipment. Report to a workstation on time; Wear proper work attire; Assist in setting up the work area. Follow SOP, SSOP, GMP, and general safety procedures. Conduct behavior in compliance with Employee Policy. Perform additional duties as assigned.
