Location: Columbus, OH
Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000 Annually

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, highly organized Commercial Roofing Project Manager who can successfully oversee multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial roofing knowledge, proven project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously, from preconstruction through final completion.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, materials, labor, and overall job profitability.

• Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.

• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

• Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, subcontractors, and change orders.

• Identify potential project challenges and proactively implement solutions.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with internal leadership.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience preferred.

• Strong background in commercial roofing, including reroofing, roof replacements, and/or new construction projects.

• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project contracts.

• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, labor management, and cost control.

• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to project sites as needed.
