Community Marketing Manager

Looking for a Community Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building, growing and managing the company's community online and engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events. Having 3 to 5 Years of experience in events, startups and content creation. They should be able to pick up on new systems quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy creating relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a partner ecosystem and run paid in person events as a series with coordination across the programming teams
• Manage communication with existing learners around special programming
• Support the retention team by running parallel in person events with global programming
• Support the activation team to onboard learners from communities
• Support the business teams to work on communication and activation for partnerships
• Source part-time writers to work on project-based events
• Manage and work on guide and learner stories emanating from retention programming
• Working on experiments outside of the classroom

Mandatory Requirements:

• Should have handled a team
• 3 to 5 Years of experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Should have handled online community

Qualities:

• Should have a deep empathy for older adults
• Should be a people person
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Content creation both written and visual
• Detail oriented, courteous, self-motivated

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree
• Social Media Marketing
