Job Description At Main Event, Drink Runners support the Server to ensure guests have an amazing experience. The primary duty includes helping with refills, pre‑bussing tables, assisting with table turns, and ensuring the dining areas are spotless. Drink Runners also greet guests, take drink orders, and uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with greeting guests and taking drink orders. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests’ needs. Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre‑bussing tables, and turning tables. Create memorable experiences through exceptional service. Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties. Requirements Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required. Guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork is essential. Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required. Effective and clear communication. Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
