Licensed Psychiatrist
Headway
Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care within our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patients. You will prescribe and manage medications, collaborate closely with therapists and primary care providers, and leverage telepsychiatry tools to expand access to care. At Headway, you’ll join a mission-driven, inclusive culture that values innovation, clinician well-being, and work-life balance while helping reshape how people access mental healthcare nationwide.
