Inside Sales Representative

Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative at Terralogic Document Systems, you will drive customer acquisition and business growth by selling our full suite of solutions—including document management software, scanning services, and custom software development—remotely. This role requires a high-energy professional to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering virtual demos and closing deals. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach. Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound inquiries and referrals to ensure a strong fit with our document technology solutions. Solution Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase how our tools increase client efficiency. Relationship Management: Maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in target industries such as healthcare, legal, and government. Pipeline Management: Record all sales activities in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Proposal & Closing: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts to meet monthly sales targets. Collaboration: Work with the Outside Sales and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs for custom solutions. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2–3+ years in inside sales or B2B business development. Experience in document management or IT solutions is preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized.
