Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Pay Range - $60/hr - $65/hr AI Screening Summary Seeking an HR Business Partner with experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment. This is an individual contributor role providing day-to-day HR support during a leave coverage. Key Responsibilities:

Duration: 6+ Months Pay Range - $60/hr - $65/hr AI Screening Summary Seeking an HR Business Partner with experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment. This is an individual contributor role providing day-to-day HR support during a leave coverage. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, attendance, corrective actions, onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding .
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Talent Acquisition to execute HR programs and processes.
- Analyze HR data and dashboards to identify workforce trends, engagement, and retention risks.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist .
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR policies, employment/labor laws, and HR compliance .
- Experience supporting managers as an individual contributor in a matrixed HR environment.
- Ability to interpret HR data, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Able to quickly support an existing employee population with minimal ramp-up.
- Experience providing leave/interim HRBP coverage .
- Experience in fast-paced or technical organizations.
- Strong judgment handling sensitive employee matters.
