We are looking to fill a full time assistant store manager floral designer position. Candidates must have the following skills:
- Leading and organizing a retail floral department.
- Creating quality day to day and seasonal arrangements
- Managing departmental budgets and operations.
- Ensuring store standards are met.
- Overseeing floral designers and ordering flowers.
- Providing customer service and training new employees.
