As a Security Officer - Site Monitoring in Gilbert AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting activity through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including interior public areas entrances exits parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor employee and/or vendor activity to help to support authorized entry and report suspicious behavior or unusual conditions.
• Assist with crowd management de-escalation and/or directional support during busy periods special events and closing procedures while following site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
