Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a collaborative team and represent sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges. The position provides exposure to practice areas such as complex tort, general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and product liability. Responsibilities Manage matters at all stages of litigation. Represent clients in a wide range of defense litigation. Work closely with other attorneys and partners on litigation matters. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients, providing regular updates and recommendations on case strategy. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, with Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire preferred. 3+ years of experience in relevant practice areas. Experience with complex tort, general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred. Superior communication, writing, analytical, and research skills. Experience preparing discovery requests and handling court appearances and depositions is a plus. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
