Travel Physical Therapist - $1,820 per week

Job Summary Outpatient Physical Therapist position located in Glen, New Hampshire. Travel role with a 13‑week contract, starting ASAP. 36 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule with 12‑hour flexible shifts. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals, focusing on patient discharge within an established length of stay. Document care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participate in student programs as assigned, providing a positive learning environment. Create and actively pursue an individualized professional development plan. Understand the organization’s performance improvement methodologies and follow through with action plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. CPR certification. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Schedule This position operates on a 5x8.0 schedule.
