Blue Dolphin Screenprint & Embroidery is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant / Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers transform their logos, artwork, and ideas into custom apparel and promotional products while supporting both our sales and production teams. Every day is different here. One day you might be helping a customer choose the perfect product, and the next you could be coordinating orders, assisting with marketing projects, or learning the ins and outs of running an online apparel store. What You'll Do Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with product and order inquiries. Gather customer requirements and production specifications for custom orders. Enter and manage order information in our ShopWorks system. Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals.Monitor production schedules and communicate updates to customers. Answer questions regarding order status, shipping, changes, and concerns. Coordinate customer pickups and shipment confirmations. Handle incoming phone calls and provide general office support. Perform clerical and filing duties as needed. Serve as an important link between our customers, sales team, and production staff. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Infusionsoft is a plus but not required.
