As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Support (Inbound + Pipeline Coordination) Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound Dablicator inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate qualification. Support the President by maintaining pipeline momentum, including follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation of next steps. Coordinate sample request intake, routing, and tracking in partnership with internal stakeholders. Maintain organized deal and partner records (Hubspot and Asana), ensuring information is current and actionable. Customer Success Support (Post-Sale Partner Management) Support ongoing account management for Dablicator brand partners by coordinating partner check-ins every 8–12 weeks. Help prepare partner recaps, including: market velocity insights retail feedback consumer education friction points open issues and resolution status Track action items and ensure follow-through across internal owners (commercial, marketing, operations). Support issue resolution by escalating risks early and keeping the internal team informed and aligned. Marketing Execution (Email, Social, Web + Partner Assets) Own execution of Dablicator marketing workflows across: email campaigns (planning, scheduling, sending coordination) social content execution (calendar, posting cadence, basic coordination) website updates (light updates and content changes as needed) Coordinate development of partner-facing materials, including: retail assets and merchandising support education collateral digital marketing assets training materials and support documents Work closely with creative/design support to ensure deliverables are clear, on brand, and delivered on schedule. Cross-Functional Coordination (GTM + Operational Alignment) Coordinate GTM and partner execution workflows by running meeting logistics and deliverable tracking, including: agendas, notes, and action items timelines and deadlines status updates and risk flags Support training coordination across internal and partner teams (including virtual trainings and external support resources as needed). Partner closely with the Operations Director to ensure commercial commitments align with operational readiness. Operational and Office Support Desired Skills and Experience: Experience supporting B2B sales cycles and/or partner onboarding Familiarity with marketing execution (email, social, basic web updates) Experience in cannabis, CPG, retail, or regulated industries Comfort working with creative teams and giving clear feedback on deliverables Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace (or similar) Minimum Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in commercial operations, customer success, sales support, marketing operations, or similar roles Strong project management instincts: able to run timelines, track deliverables, and keep multiple workstreams moving Excellent written and verbal communication (partner-facing professionalism required) High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize quickly Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities Strong follow-through and ownership mindset Details: Location: Ammonite Office Reports To: Commercial Operations Manager (with day-to-day coordination with Operations Director) On-Site Requirements: 4 days/week Schedule: M-F, 9-5pm Compensation: $75,000 per year Benefits: We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don’t need to worry as much about some of life's biggest stressors.
