Job Description Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for acute care hospital contract assignments in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in Indiana Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS certification Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel Acute Care Physical Therapist Contract Details Compensation: $1,940 - $2,106 per week* 16‑week contract with possibility of extension Acute care setting *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Key Responsibilities Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers. Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as required.
