Job Details: Job Location: Troy Theatre - Troy, MI 48083, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: None, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Days/Nights/Weekends, Job Category: Entry Level, Summary The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at the bar, ensuring proper identification checks, and managing the cash drawer. Accuracy in pouring alcohol and delivering top-tier service is essential to this role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilize sales strategies to boost revenue through alcohol sales and upselling of concession items at the bar. Mix and serve alcoholic beverages for guests, according to provided recipes using proper measuring and mixing tools and guidelines. Mix and serve alcoholic beverages for guests, in a timely manner. Manage alcohol inventory and maintain bar organization. Restock alcohol and bar supplies. Prepare garnishes for drinks. Monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption, minimizing potential issues and liabilities. Verify guests meet legal age requirements for alcohol consumption. Process bar orders through cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of bar area and bar storage areas, free of debris and spills. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
