We provide evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and families in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. $55,000–$70,000 Full-time positions Schedule Flexible Full-time & part-time Location Hybrid opportunities What You’ll Do As a Child & Family Therapist at KCFC, you’ll provide meaningful, evidence-based care while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. Provide individual and family psychotherapy to children and adolescents. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team. Who We’re Looking For Candidates should hold a master’s or doctorate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and possess an eligible Michigan clinical license, including: To support the safety and well-being of the children and families we serve, all candidates must consent to a comprehensive criminal background check and a Michigan Central Registry clearance as a condition of employment. All screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred.
