Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN with a cardiac specialty to provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cardiac patient needs and possess strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for cardiac patients, including monitoring vital signs and implementing treatment plans.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• May occasionally float to IMCU, NPCU, and/or Surgical units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac care setting
• Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, BLS, and ACLS required
• Familiarity with Life Pak, Zoll, and Masimo equipment preferred
• Experience with Cerner EHR is a requirement
