Join our team today!Position SummaryAs an Automotive Lube and Tire Technician for Big O Tires, you will be responsible for servicing and performing maintenance of tires and wheels in an accurate and timely manner. You are honest, have a solid work ethic and high motivation.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMounting and dismounting automotive tiresInstalling new wheelsAttaching and re-balancing wheelsRepairing, rotating, and inflating tiresPerforming oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenanceCalibrating TPMSInventory stockingParticipating in training & follows safety proceduresTesting and installing batteriesTest-driving vehicles after maintenanceQualificationsValid driver's licenseMust be at least 18+ years oldReliable transportation to workAbility to learn new concepts and use technical materialsCapability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehiclesAbility to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or driving) for up to nine hours per shiftAbility to move and lift up to 75 poundsCompensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hourFrom flat tires and oil changes to rotor resurfacing and that weird clunking sound you've been hearing for a week, there are a lot of Big Oh Nos for your car.
