A leading investment firm is seeking a Loan Operations professional to join its team in an AVP-level role. This position partners closely with front and back office teams to support deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing operational processes across a range of credit products. Responsibilities: Support deal closings and onboarding processes Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers Maintain data accuracy, reconciliations, and reporting Identify and implement process improvements and automation Qualifications: 6+ years of loan operations experience Strong understanding of credit products and trade lifecycle Proficiency with Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, etc. a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Group
