Job Details
Close attention to detail of procedures, technique, and positioning is required at all times. Ability to work unsupervised and capability for quick decision-making. Demands lifting/transporting of patients and lifting/moving of equipment. Requires ability to maneuver in close quarters and around equipment. Demands frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, stooping and bending. Requires normal (or corrected) vision and hearing.
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
Indiana State licensure is required. Must be current in CPR. Must provide documentation of current licensure for personnel record.
Experience preferred.
