Job Description
Urgent Care physician needed with an owned and governed multi-specialty clinic in a thriving Iowa city needs you. Join Collegial environment, excellent payor mix and outstanding hospital and staff support. $50,000 Signing Incentive. 3 weekday shifts per workweek and 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month; total of approximately 144 shifts per year. Weekday shifts - 7am to 7pm; Weekend shifts - 8am to 3pm. Participate in management of the department, including covering open shifts as needed. Friendly collegial atmosphere. Excellent payor mix. Shareholder track. Competitive two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after break-even. Established patient volumes in place - no ramp-up necessary - strong potential to surpass yearly salary guarantee prior to partnership. Outstanding benefits include: 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan, 4 weeks vacation, optional health, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care and term life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
