Responsibilities Perform high-quality radiographic procedures in accordance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the clinical team to deliver timely diagnostic services. Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures. Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment and ensure image quality. Adhere to regulatory and accreditation requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Required Qualifications Education that meets certification, licensure, or registration requirements for Radiologic Technology. Active Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 180 days of hire. New graduates must possess an Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Temporary License and obtain a permanent Oregon Radiographer License within 180 days of hire. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and imaging quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical experience in radiology through employment or clinical rotations. Experience working with digital radiography equipment and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and quality assurance practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment.
