Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing quotes, discussing options, and consulting with customers to meet their insurance needs while building relationships and driving sales. Responsibilities Follow up with prospects – leads are provided. Quote and sell policies. Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance partners. Follow up and see tasks through to completion. Appropriately document contact opportunities. Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales-and-service mindset. Qualifications Insurance experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Personal Insurance Sales experience: 1 year required. Ability to multi‑task and manage different projects in a fast‑paced environment. Clear and calm communication skills, both spoken and written. Organized, well‑planned approach to work. Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
