MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Physical Therapist Assistant to join their client's dynamic and growing rehabilitation team near Cochiti Pueblo, New Mexico !

Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve mobility and functional goals.
• Work with a diverse patient population in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise routines and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of New Mexico.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaboration.
