Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for OB/GYN outpatients, including prenatal and gynecologic care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Monitor fetal status, administer medications and interventions as ordered, and coordinate with physicians and specialists
- Provide patient and family education, prepare for procedures, and assist with perioperative and postpartum activities as applicable
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Support care coordination across antepartum, gynecologic procedures, and maternal-fetal medicine services

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate required
- ACLS certification
- 2+ years of outpatient OB/GYN experience
- Preferred: experience in women's health telephone triage and Labor & Delivery (L&D) exposure
